Good tread pattern and plenty of grip, especially on dirt roads I drive on mostly. They nice and quiet on seal roads and corner extremely well at highway speed.
Tyres fine, but after 9 months noise dampening foam began to detach, creating a major bump when driving
I bought brand 4 new tyres less then 3 year old i done 16000 mile and i had MOT done yesterday Tyre slightly damaged/cracking or perishing All is this normale
Review for the former Primacy 3 ST (Melbourne Australia). Current mileage is at 65,000 km, tyre age at 7 years, 6 months. Grip in the dry is quite good, grip in the wet has just started to deteriorate, have around 3mm of tread left. Very happy with the comfort in the drive, handling and the low noise (silent drive). The age of these tyres appears to be the factor on the longevity. Looking at replacing them with the Primacy 4 within the next 6 months, as the Primacy 4 have a noticeable better rating in longevity than Primacy 3.

(wet, dry, noise, wear, fuel consumption). Michelin Primacy 4 is test winner with the following comments : "Very balanced with top marks in the wet, excellent low wear, very good in the dry" - Ranked 1,0 in Wear
(4) - fuel efficiency - Rolling Resistance test conducted by TÜV SÜV Product Service, on Michelin's request, June-July 2017, on dimension 225/45 R17 94W. MICHELIN Primacy 4 generates 11% rolling resistance less than MICHELIN Primacy 3.
(5) - more mileage - Test conducted by DEKRA TEST CENTRE, on Michelin's request, June-July 2017, on dimension 225/45 R17 94W on VW Golf 7 comparing MICHELIN PRIMACY 4 versus MICHELIN Primacy 3.
