Poor tire design and longevity
I have lost two sets of Michelin tires due to sidewall issues and damage from minor impacts, such as climbing a curb or hitting a small pothole. The Michelin Primacy 4 SUV is not designed for roads in developing or underdeveloped countries. Both times, the sidewalls failed, causing rapid deflation. I had to install a TPMS system to monitor pressures because even driving just 100 meters on a deflated tire leads to complete shredding. These tires also struggle with moderate road imperfections, making them highly impractical for rougher environments. If you drive in areas with less-than-perfect roads, I would not recommend these tires. They lack durability and resilience, especially for SUVs that need to handle everyday road challenges.

Michelin Primacy SUV
Verry happy with the tyre performance, excellent grip in both dry and wet conditions. I got 91 237km on my set of tyres, did rotate and wheel alignment every 10 000km. Best tyre by far, never needs to worry about any condition out there.

Best in its price class
A good quality tyre, comfortable with low road noise. Fitted my wives' SUV with two of these and will be replacing the other two later this year. Pricing was also inline or cheaper than some inferior models on offer by other manufacturers.

Not only the best in ZA but Worldwide
I bought my first car in 1962 and put Michelin tyres all round and the spare they were so fantastic that 60 years later and every car I ever had in those years and my current car ran on Michelin as in the long term they are economical and the safest tyre you can use

Congratulations to Michelin Tyres with excellent quality and service! In February 2019 I have bought a new VW Amarok from Linday Saker Bloemfontein fitted with Michelin Primacy SUV tyres. Up to date I have completed more than 105 000km with these tyres without any incident and still within a good and safe condition! Thank you very much for excellent quality and service!
