Good tyre
used it at BMW K1300R. 1.5 K till now. very good grip at the curvy mountain roads. Surface temperature from 7 till 20C during the day - dry weather.

Stickier than Bridgestone Battleaxe
Had Battleaxes on both BMW R1100s and now Bmw R1200s. The Battleaxes were nice when they are warm but very slippery when cold. Just accelerating in first or second on the bike and then suddenly closing throttle would make the cold back tyre lose grip. BMW Torque like a tractor ( Close the throttle and it wants to stop without using brakes!). The Michelin compound is much more forgiving. Had to get used to it initially as it handles totally diffrent to the Bridgestones but after 3 days i got into it and could take it full offsides. They heat up quicker and has better cold grip. The Bridgestones also almost bucked me like a horse when hitting a cat eye on the road around a corner. I tried playing around with the pressure to obtain better results but tono avail. Whereas with the Michelin you hardly even feel that the back wheel went over a cat eye. I think the sidewalls are softer to absorb the shock a bit better. Still they make me feel like a pro now cornering. I dont think they would last as long as the Bridgestones but then again i ride them harder than the Bridgestones as i feel a bit more confident.
Thank you for the compliment. We are glad that you liked our product.

My 5th set of these same tires
I’m so happy with this tire I don’t even think about taking a chance with something else. Great performance, longevity and good in the rain. They are very predictable giving you lots of feedback. A great road tire

Maybe for touring !
Not that great on 1000 fireblade , struggle to heat up even on warm days and grip on hard acceleration is poor and un predictable wheels and wheelies who knows what you’re going to get. 2000miles of hard road riding and they would still go another 2k. Hyper bikes and super bikes go for something with a bit more sporting pedigree. Not for me
